Planning / Land Use Development Application Forms and Submittal Requirements

The Town of Milliken’s Land Use and Development Code, Section 16 of the Town’s Municipal Code, establishes the regulation and standards governing the use and development of land within Milliken. Included are the provisions for the annexation, subdivision, and zoning of land, as well as the administrative procedures governing the submissions of applications, administrative and public review, and appeals. Also included are the Town development standards for site design, landscaping, parking and public infrastructure. Please do not hesitate to call staff with any questions. One form is required for all applications and with a fee and a deposit for each application.
