Court Session Information

The Town asks that you dress appropriately and remove your hat and shut off your cell phones when entering the court room

Your first appearance is for arraignment, followed by Reviews, and then Trials.  If you wish to pay a fine before your scheduled court date, you may do so.

Please check your Summons to make sure it is for Milliken and not for another City or for Greeley Weld County Court.

Many summons are payable to the court in advance, if payment is made within 20 days of the Issuance of Citations you will have a 2 point reduction, and when paid in advance you will not be required to appear in Court. When you do pay in advance, you are pleading guilty to the charge.

A report of the conviction is then made to the Colorado Motor Vehicle Division and points will be assessed to your driver's license.  The points assessed for each offense will be indicated on your summons.
