TOWN OF MILLIKEN

NOTICE is hereby given of a Public Meeting before the Planning Commission of the Town of Milliken, Colorado at 7:00 P.M. on the 21st day of October 2020, and a Public Hearing before the Board of Trustees at 6:30 P.M. on the 28^th day of October 2020. The meeting and hearing will be held at 1201 Broad Street in the Town of Milliken’s Meeting House. The purpose of the meeting and the hearing is to consider a request for a Use By Special Review for Auto Sales on Lots 17-21, Block 41 on the northeast corner of N. Josephine and Broad Street.

For information on Electronic Participation procedures for quasi-judicial hearings and activities (such as attendance, testimony, and public participation) during emergency situations please contact the Town Clerk at 970-587-4331. Please note some procedures may require submission of materials to the Town Clerk at least five (5) business days prior to the hearing date.

A zoom link will be posted on the Town of Milliken’s Website and Meeting Agenda at least 24 hours prior to the Public Hearing.

A copy of the application for the Use by Special Review and associated exhibits may be reviewed at the Town Hall, 1101 Broad St. between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
