The Town of Milliken Municipal Court is a court of record and has jurisdiction over violations of the Town’s Municipal Code and the Model Traffic Code that occur within the Town. Court sessions are held in the Meeting House, located at 1201 Broad Street, Milliken, Colorado. All sessions are in-person. Virtual court appearances are not available.
Court Schedule:
Court is in session on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month, except on holidays.

Early payment of Traffic Infraction tickets: If you pay in full (both fine and surcharge) within 20 days of when you got your traffic infraction ticket, you will receive a 2-point reduction (for original charges carrying 3, 4, or 6 points) or a 1 point reduction (for original charges of 2 points) and you will not be required to appear in Court. When you pay in advance, you are pleading guilty to the charge. If you are under 18, you may only pay in advance if you have a parent present with you. If the ticket does not have an amount due for the fine, then you must appear in court.
- To pay by mail with a check or money order: write "Town of Milliken" as payee, put your ticket number in the memo, and mail to Municipal Court, P.O. Box 286, Milliken, CO 80543
- To pay over the phone with a debit or credit card: Call the court clerk at (970) 660-5015 or (970) 587-2772. Have your ticket number ready.
- To pay in person: Come to the Court at 1201 Broad Street, Milliken, Colorado, 80543.
If you are unable to attend your court date, you must contact the Court Clerk and request a continuance. If you have continued your court date once and are requesting a second continuance, you must appear before the Judge for this request. Continuance of a trial may only be granted by the Judge.
