Building Application Process and Submittal Requirements

Important Information Regarding Community Development Processes During the Town Hall Closures in Response of COVID19

Our purpose is to enforce, at a minimum, the Codes, Rules and Regulations as adopted and set forth by the Milliken Town Board of Trustees to protect the Health, Life Safety and General Welfare of the residents of the Town of Milliken.

Building Permits are required for any construction, enlargement, alteration, repair, move, demolition or change of occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, install, enlarge, alter, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing systems.

A Town of Milliken Contractor License is required for Contractors to pull a building permit.    Please visit the Milliken Contractor License page for more information on how to apply.

All permits can now be submitted online at https://milliken.cascadesoftware.net/.   Please note you must first complete the contractor registration process in order to submit online.    Contact the Community Development Department at the information at the bottom of the page if you have any questions.
