Our purpose is to enforce, at a minimum, the Codes, Rules and Regulations as adopted and set forth by the Milliken Town Board of Trustees to protect the Health, Life Safety and General Welfare of the residents of the Town of Milliken.

What is raw water?
Water in its natural state, prior to any treatment.
Why is raw water dedicated to the Town?
The developers provide raw water in the form of water rights/shares, so Milliken will have water to process to meet the added demands from new customers.
What is required of the developer to dedicate raw water?
A developer should contact the Community Development and/or Building Department with proposed development plans to receive relevant ordinances and restrictions and to provide information on how the raw water demand will be met for new developments

Please note: the Towns Water Engineer must approve any share prior to the dedication to the Town.
What is the current cash-in-lieu rate?
The Town of Milliken currently cannot accept Cash-In-Lieu for development.
