Town Clerk The Town Clerk's Office is maintained by two clerks, who record and maintain minutes, ordinances, resolutions, agreements, easements, deeds and variances for the Town Board and staff. The Clerks prepare and maintain minutes for Town Board, Planning Commission and Milliken Housing Authority meetings. This office is also responsible for municipal elections, issuing business licenses, issuing liquor licenses and conducting operations of the Municipal Court.
