 Services:

The Milliken Police Department respects and follows the Milliken Municipal codes. To better understand these, you may view our Code Enforcement Explanation Guide.

You may also view the Municipal Code, which will describe the laws being enforced within the Town. Please pay special attention to Chapter 7 - Health, Sanitation, and Animals; Chapter 8 - Vehicles and Traffic; and Chapter 10 - General Offenses to understand what the Police Department is primarily involved with.

Other Services Provided:

Fingerprints:
Fingerprints are frequently required for various job applications and certifications.  Prints can be provided during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30pm to 5:00 pm, although subject to staff availability.  You are encouraged to call ahead.  Each fingerprint card costs $ 5.00.

Preliminary Breath Tests (PBT):

The Police Department provides PBTs for Milliken residents who are typically required by the terms of a sentence involving an alcohol-related offense.  The cost is currently $ 5.50 per test and $ 5.00 if you provide a straw.  We administer tests during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30pm to 5:00 pm.  This is always subject to the availability of staff.

Vacation Watch:
The Milliken Police Department is happy to help keep an eye on unattended homes of residents who plan to be away for a few days or for an extended period of time.

Residents may come to the Police Department to fill out a Vacation Watch Form or click on the forms icon to the left to download the form.  Please fill it out and drop it off at the police station.

Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) Verification(s):
The Milliken Police Department is happy to verify Vehicle Identification Numbers. There is a $ 5.00 fee associated with this service.

Vehicle Lockouts:
Locked your keys out? The Milliken Police Department is trained to open your vehicle when you do not have available access.
