Upcoming Road work on N. Olive and Broad Street

This is to inform you of an upcoming road and easement project taking place April 26^th through June 30^th. 

Xcel Energy will be working to replace gas lines in Milliken’s Right-of-Way on N. Olive Avenue North of Broad Street and on Broad Street between N. Pauline Avenue and N. Norma Avenue.  The Alley will also be closed between N. Pauline Avenue and N. Norma Avenue North of Broad Street.

The work will consist of one lane closures, and shoulder work at varying times throughout the project.  Travel delays are expected in these areas during this time.   Watch for signs and flaggers in these areas.
